KeyHIPS is a Business to Business HIP provider and so all work is part of a repeat ordering relationship. This ensures high levels of service from all supplying parties involved. Search Providers
Our interest is in working with suppliers who have the capacity for growth and the capacity to deal with high volume work by utilising unique software solutions and benefiting from integration. KeyHIPS works with multiple Search Providers to maintain the workload. The software behind KeyHIPS is bespoke and allows for all integration possibilities. The software will interact with all Search Providers independently analysing turn-around times, problems caused as well as cost per Local Authority where required to ensure the best product is being offered to our clients. KeyHIPS will require proof of compliance along with other supplement documentation.
We at KeyHIPS go above and beyond what is required by the governing bodies to provide a compliant HIP. Furthermore, we carry Professional Indemnity Insurance with 6 years runoff Cover to ensure you are fully covered.
All our Land Registry documents are kept separate within our HIPs in order to preserve the official Land Registry watermarks!
